Viktorija Rusinaitė is an activist and a researcher with a background in cultural journalism. She is a doctoral student at the Political Science and Diplomacy Faculty, Vytautas Magnus University – working on her thesis exploring Belarusian political migration. She has participated in artistic & research interventions in public spaces including Friendly Zone, Mineo, K-LAB; was a longstanding editor of alternative culture journal Ore.lt, and worked in other publishing outlets. Viktorija is a researcher at the Public Policy and Management Institute in Vilnius, working on the topics of education and cultural policy.
